The Product & Technology department here at TV4 & C More is constantly growing. That means we need to recruit quite a lot.
Each and every recruitment is unique, but there is a basic outline of a process that we follow.
Whether you have applied for a job, or have been hunted down by me, the first step is always the same – a meeting with me and the hiring manager.
As cheesy as it might sound, the first step is as much as you getting to know us, as it is about us getting to know you. You will get to ask all the questions you might have, and we will tell you more about the company, the team and find out more about you and your experiences. And most importantly, what do you want to do?
This is where you get to know the team a bit better and we get to test your technical skills. This is also where the processes start to differ from each other, depending on the team.
If you are up for a role in the Integrations, Web or Data team you will most likely be invited back for a mobsession with the team. A great opportunity for you to get to know your future collegues, and for them to get to know you. You will also see what kind of problems they are solving and how you can contribute.
They’ll be able to tell you more about their vision and the long terms goals for the teams and company. They will of course want to find out more about you as well.
Now to the fun part. It’s time for you to decided if you want to join us or not. Your future manager will give you a call to talk about the offer and answer any final questions you might have. But hopefully all your questions will have been answered by now.
